Elite Finishes

Being able to get by a defender is a skill every elite player must learn how to do. However, that's only half the battle. Once you get by a defender now you have to be able to put the ball in the basket. 

In this class you will learn a variety of finishing moves and all of the details to master these moves, from the coaches that work with the top players in the world on a daily basis. Regardless of your size these finishes will help you use both hands and different body positioning to score at the rim. 

Gone are the days of just jumping off the left foot and shooting with your right hand into the square. That's still important but not enough anymore to be an elite player.

• Learn a variety of finishes around the rim. Get comfortable finishing off different feet and being able to use both hands when attacking the defense.

• Put defenses to the test by learning the 5 keys to perfecting the “Glide and Stride” when attacking the rim.
